Store-bought granola is so overpriced. You can make delicious (and probably healthier, since you can control the oil/honey content) granola right from home, and it’ll cost you half as much - maybe even less! Plus, it’s fun to get creative with the ingredients. I made this batch of granola tonight on a whim, so I only had almonds and cranberries on hand. But next time I’m gonna try adding dried bananas (do you have to dry them first? Or do they dry as they bake?), chocolate chips (on second thought, maybe not.. I get too much chocolate already from other sources), and sunflower seeds!
Today: Did 2 batches of laundry before work. Ran some errands after. Organized my desk at home. Spent 2 hours in the kitchen cleaning, cooking, baking. I am housewifed out, m’dears! Time to work on that thesis now..
